Job Opportunity

This position is for fresh, energetic talent to join the Growth Team in sales. It is designed for those driven to connect with people and build a career in sales. The role is based in Chennai at RMZ Millenia Business Park - II and is an on-site role with a general shift and Sundays off. Candidates must have their own laptop.
The role begins with a 2-month paid internship program including hands-on training in sales skills, CRM tools, and communications. Candidates will be assessed periodically with successful ones advancing through the program. Top performers will be offered full-time employment with Twin Health.

Responsibilities

  • Calling, emailing, and WhatsApp messaging potential customers to introduce offerings.
  • Building connections and understanding customer needs.
  • Confidently presenting solutions and closing sales as possible.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Researching and gathering prospect data to feed sales pipelines.
  • Resolving customer queries patiently and professionally.

Candidate Profile

  • Freshers or those with 0–2 years experience, preferably in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory; regional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter attitude.
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Team players eager for growth.
