Act as the primary point of contact for assigned members to build trust, offer personalized support, and deliver high-touch experiences. Bridge the gap between health and technology by helping members understand and use the Twin platform for informed lifestyle changes. Engage members at structured intervals to add value, motivate, and drive positive health outcomes. Provide individualized nutrition and lifestyle coaching focused on remission of chronic metabolic diseases and overall health improvement. Motivate members to achieve health goals through behavior change, education, and encouragement. Interpret and review member health data daily to enable timely interventions. Promote the Twin philosophy that healing is achieved through scientific guidance, not unmonitored dieting. Emphasize the role of Twin Digital Twin technology to enhance member engagement and trust. Take ownership of member adherence, retention, and reactivation, proactively preventing drop-offs. Handle exceptions and escalations with professionalism and provide emotional support. Performance is measured on a transparent scoreboard including clinical and metabolic progress of members, engagement and adherence to protocols, retention and renewal, reactivation of members showing drop-off signs, referrals, and effective management of member load.

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Health Sciences and a mandatory Master’s in Food & Dietary Nutrition. Certification from bodies like NBHWC or ACE is preferred. 2 to 5 years of experience in health or nutrition counseling, ideally in chronic care. Fluent in English and Telugu (Kannada, Tamil, or other regional languages also noted). Passionate about health and behavior change, emotionally intelligent, empathetic, calm under pressure, and experienced in managing client distress effectively. Tech-savvy with experience in digital health platforms and virtual coaching. Results-focused, performance-driven, and able to work with dashboards to achieve high operational throughput. A team player and culture champion with empathy, integrity, and accountability.
