1. Manage end-to-end patient care to ensure patients achieve health goals.
2. Consult new patients to educate them about the Twin Health program, health conditions, goals, and review medical reports and prescriptions.
3. Supervise and encourage patients towards health goals, including diabetes reversal.
4. Encourage adherence to program guidelines and nutritional requirements.
5. Retain patients by supporting and motivating them.
6. Own outcomes for assigned patients.
7. Communicate effectively with partner doctors and patients.
8. Manage patients under guidance of partner and senior doctors.
9. Deliver health outcomes for patients under care.
10. Handle patient escalations to ensure safety.
11. Follow all Twin Health protocols and guidelines.
