Job Opportunity
Own the end-to-end member activation and enrollment funnel, from first touch to enrollment. Serve as a player-coach shipping an agent-driven onboarding experience across voice, SMS, chat, and in-app channels welcoming hundreds of thousands into Twin Health.
Responsibilities
- Craft the vision and strategy for activation and enrollment; define north-star and guardrail metrics.
- Ship agent-led experiences: design voice and chat flows, prompts, policies, and human handoffs to drive outcomes.
- Design an experiment machine: ideate, prioritize, and run experiments on copy, pricing, sequencing, eligibility, nudges, scheduling.
- Specify with clarity: PRDs/1-pagers, user stories, acceptance criteria; partner closely with Design, Engineering, QA.
- Cross-functional execution with Marketing, Operations, Design, Data, and Engineering.
- Coach and mentor PMs to raise the bar on product thinking, execution speed, and data rigor.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in Product Management with significant experience owning growth/activation for consumer or prosumer mobile products.
- Depth in experimentation from hypothesis through design, instrumentation to analysis; comfortable with statistics and tradeoffs.
- Strong product sense and UX for conversational and mobile flows; ability to review copy, prompts, and edge cases.
- Experience shipping AI products using LLMs, agents, or automations replacing or augmenting manual workflows.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range is $200,000 to $230,000 annually.
