Job Opportunity
Own the end-to-end member activation and enrollment funnel, from first touch to enrollment. Act as a player-coach shipping an agent-driven onboarding experience via voice, SMS, chat, and in-app channels that welcomes hundreds of thousands of users.
Responsibilities
- Craft the vision and strategy for activation and enrollment including defining key metrics.
- Ship agent-led experiences designing voice and chat flows, prompts, policies, and handoffs.
- Design an experimentation engine to ideate, prioritize, and run experiments on copy, pricing, sequencing, eligibility, nudges, and scheduling.
- Write clear specifications including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, and QA teams.
- Execute cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Design, Data, and Engineering teams.
- Coach and mentor Product Managers to enhance product thinking, speed, and data-driven rigor.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in Product Management with significant experience owning growth and activation for consumer or prosumer mobile products.
- Proficiency in experimentation from hypothesis to design, instrumentation, and analysis including comfort with statistics and tradeoffs.
- Strong product sense and UX expertise for conversational and mobile flows including reviewing copy, prompts, and edge cases.
- Experience with AI products shipping features using large language models, agents, or automations replacing or augmenting manual workflows.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual compensation range is $200,000 to $230,000.
