Opportunity

The Director, Partner Onboarding & Operations role is for a self-starter energized by working with customers and building strong relationships externally and internally to drive exceptional outcomes. This role owns the full onboarding and deployment of Twin programs end-to-end. Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal and written communication skills are essential, tailored to audience and situation in a fast-paced environment.
Working within a complex clinical delivery model in a high-growth setting, the Director must adeptly navigate ambiguity while managing internal and external teams with detail, organization, and structure, ensuring on-time delivery and exceeding customer expectations. This role is critical for continuous improvement, optimization, and scaling of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Drive Partner Value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, executives and C-suite across large enterprise partners.
  • Develop a fluent understanding of Twin Health programs, onboarding, growth marketing, and clinical operations.
  • Successfully onboard Twin programs end-to-end for a portfolio of customers including self-insured employers, health plans, and health systems.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer culture, priorities, and goals to design tailored solutions.
  • Provide consultative recommendations to boost member engagement, program results, and partner satisfaction.
  • Perform and lead setup, configuration, and testing of customer instances to ensure proper functionality.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Train customers on Twin programs to increase awareness and enrollment.
  • Analyze pre and post launch customer data to provide actionable insights for teams and customers.
Deliver Project Management Excellence
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously - set expectations, manage project plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely launch readiness.
  • Manage customer stakeholders including leading meetings, expectation setting, building alignment, risk and escalation management.
  • Collaborate with technical partners to operationalize data access, eligibility file management, file transfer and validation, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and participate in partner events.
  • Create slide presentations and reports offering actionable insights post launch.
  • Manage project expectations via meetings, status reports, and strong relationships.
  • Develop standard onboarding work, templates, playbooks for continual improvement and best practices.
Lead Cross-functionally
  • Manage partner issues and mobilize internal teams for resolution including Partner Experience, Integration, Clinical Delivery, Product, Member Operations and Business Development.
  • Collaborate across Clinical Delivery, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Billing Operations, and Executive teams to incorporate partner/market feedback.
  • Partner with Member Marketing on pre-launch promotional strategies and toolkits to increase engagement and satisfaction.
  • Recommend process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as an internal SME to ensure onboarding lifecycle efficiency and consistency.
  • Align and manage downstream customer communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years onboarding and customer-facing experience.
  • 10+ years health tech client onboarding and project management experience at senior manager level or higher.
  • Experience with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or systems.
  • Strong communication skills across client organizations engaging senior executives and execution teams.
  • Exceptional project management skills with organizational strength, attention to detail, and ability to balance planning and execution.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, time-constrained environment.
  • Proficiency in Google applications and project management tools (InspirePlanner, Monday.com, MS Project).
  • Experience working with technical/data partners on data exchange, file specs, encryption, transmission, and testing.
  • US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $180,000 to $195,000 annually.
