Customer Success Associate - Technical Support (Field work)

Functional Unit and Location

Operations department, located in Hyderabad. The role is field work based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with fixing CGM patches, pairing sensors, and setting up devices.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting tips and best practices for device maintenance.
  • Maintain patient interaction records and documentation.
  • Deliver empathetic and efficient support to enhance user experience.
  • Support business operations including events, lead generation, and inventory management as needed.

Skills & Requirements

  • B.Sc. or Diploma in Computer Science or relevant technical degree.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer technical support.
  • Prior customer service or technical support experience.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with a patient-centric approach to troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools like video conferencing, messaging apps, and remote support tools.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in virtual and physical environments, showing reliability and professionalism.
  • Work location and language requirements: Hyderabad; English, Telugu, and Hindi mandatory.
