You will be the first point of contact for members, guiding them through onboarding. Tasks include educating members about the program, supporting procurement of necessary items, adhering to the onboarding process, scheduling trainings and consultations, coordinating with internal departments for timely service, addressing queries and concerns, handling grievances, and conducting follow-ups with accurate record keeping.

Strong learning attitude, customer-first problem solving, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Science or Healthcare, proficiency in MS Office, strong interpersonal skills for trust building, and fluency in at least 3 languages with preference for English, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, or Tamil.
