Roles & Responsibilities
- Educate members on the complete course of the program.
- Support and guide members in procuring the necessary items required to start the program.
- Understand and strictly adhere to the onboarding process.
- Schedule trainings and consultations for onboarding members.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Act as a single point of contact for new members during onboarding, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Handle member grievances with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate records of onboarding activities.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (Science or Healthcare background preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Fluency in at least 3 languages (Preference: English / Hindi / Malayalam / Marathi / Bengali / Telugu/ Tamil).
