The Customer Success Associate is the first point of contact for members, guiding them through the onboarding journey. Responsibilities include educating members on the program, supporting procurement of necessary items, adhering to onboarding processes, scheduling trainings and consultations, coordinating with internal departments, addressing queries, handling grievances, and maintaining accurate records.

Strong learning attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, customer-first mindset, exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), and ability to work collaboratively.

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Science or Healthcare), proficiency in MS Office, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in at least three languages (preference for English, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil).
