Role Overview
The Customer Success Associate will be the first point of contact for members, guiding them through onboarding, requiring strong communication skills, empathy, and multilingual abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Educate members on the complete course of the program.
- Support members in procuring necessary items for the program.
- Adhere strictly to the onboarding process.
- Schedule trainings and consultations for onboarding members.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely service delivery.
- Act as a single point of contact for new members, addressing queries promptly.
- Handle member grievances professionally and empathetically.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate onboarding records.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Science or Healthcare preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
- Fluency in at least 3 languages, preferably including English, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, or Tamil.
