Opportunity

This role offers a chance to influence how a leading health-tech company scales. The Lead Analyst will own end-to-end analytics in critical areas such as connecting clinical outcomes to LTV, work with complex datasets to develop novel KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product, and operations leaders. The role involves technical skill and business intuition in a visible position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement predictive models to optimize business operations, including forecasting member-level revenue and clinical resource demand for staffing optimization.
  • Design prescriptive analytics solutions such as optimization algorithms and simulation models to recommend cost-effective and efficient actions for clinical operations and member support teams.
  • Define key business KPIs, create operational dashboards, and automate reports for real-time visibility into business health and efficiency.
  • Lead design and analysis of A/B tests and quasi-experiments for operational improvements like messaging frequency or service delivery models.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience in building and validating predictive and prescriptive models (e.g., churn, LTV, demand forecasting, resource allocation, pricing optimization).
  • Advanced skills in SQL and statistical programming (Python or R) and experience with BI dashboards.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering/Data Engineering on data structures for complex modeling.
  • Interest and foundational knowledge of Agentic AI or advanced machine learning to enhance predictive modeling and business intelligence.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range is $130,000 - $140,000 annually.
