Opportunity
The role is crucial member-facing work inspiring behavior change to prevent and reverse chronic metabolic diseases. The Optimization Health Coach provides guidance, support, education, and encouragement to members. The position suits those skilled in behavioral tools, quick to adopt new technology, and eager to work with a clinical team. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with specific time blocks in the member's timezone.
Responsibilities
- Deliver coaching remotely via apps, video conferencing, and Twin Health systems
- Engage members in setting goals, managing care, and staying motivated
- Use AI tools for metrics-driven insights and coaching
- Respond to all member communications within 24 business hours
- Provide feedback on member metrics like weight, blood glucose, sleep, movement, and nutrition adherence
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for member management and escalations
- Collaborate with the care team and providers for seamless member experience
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to advance disease prevention and reversal
- Participate in pilot and additional programs as needed
- Handle weekend, holiday, and PTO coverage responsibilities
- Maintain a high volume caseload (minimum 500 members)
- Work flexible shifts including evening shifts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in health/nutrition counseling or coaching
- Preferred active US health coaching license or health educator certifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong remote work and computer skills (Google, Slack, Video Conferencing)
- Comfort with latest technologies and data integration in care
- Blends motivational interviewing with metrics-driven coaching
- Experience with video call coaching preferred
- Ability to handle back-to-back video visits and balance tasks
- Experience with high volume caseloads
- Thrives in high-growth and startup environments
- Strong commitment to health and wellness
- Positive and optimistic attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, quick learner

Compensation and Benefits
Annual compensation is $70,000.
