The Role

We’re looking for a Contract Project Manager with proven agency or consultancy experience. This is a hybrid account management/product owner role—ensuring teams are moving efficiently, catching the balls before they hit the ground, and keeping delivery on track.
Equally important is client interfacing: bringing clarity around project status, risks, budgets, and milestones. From moderating brand reveals to guiding QA and launch efforts, you’ll be the steady hand ensuring projects finish on time, on budget, and with confident clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day projects across brand, website, and software initiatives
  • Moderate client meetings, from milestone reveals to weekly check-ins
  • Track timelines, action items, budgets, and deliverables with clarity
  • Guide teams through QA, UAT, and launch, ensuring criteria are met
  • Spot risks early and raise them constructively
  • Support teams with processes that drive momentum without slowing them down
  • Drive project clarity and roadmaps using tools like Asana (or similar), Slack, and Google Drive. Familiarity with Figma is a desired

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years project management experience in a creative, digital, or software/website agency setting
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple initiatives and context-switch effectively
  • Clear track record of shipping projects on time and within budget
  • Confident meeting facilitator and client communicator
  • Denver-based, able to work from our RiNo office at least 3 days per week

Compensation

This role starts at $60 per hour with the opportunity for bonuses.
