About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Live Chat Agent to join our Administrative team in a remote, work-from-home capacity. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing real-time support and accurate information through live chat channels. This is a full-time, hourly role that requires excellent written communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide accurate product, service, or company information to address customer questions and concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively or escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring interactions are positive and solutions-oriented.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and smooth communication across channels.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and promotions to provide the most accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
- Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed.
- Familiarity with live chat platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup.
The Pay Range For This Role Is
23.41 - 34.60 USD per hour (Remote, Naperville, Illinois, US)
