What You'll Do

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in various systems.
  • Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies, and make necessary corrections.
  • Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless flow of data and information.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on the stored data as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks to support the department as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
  • Familiarity with database software, spreadsheets, and other data management tools.
  • Time management skills to handle tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certifications are a plus.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

22.16 - 32.19 USD per hour (Remote (Alexandria, Virginia, US))
