The GFiber Brand Team is responsible for shaping and maintaining the company's brand identity, building and rolling out marketing strategy, leading design, copy writing, PR, and social media for GFiber. This Project Manager will be integral to this team, ensuring all initiatives are executed efficiently. This role sits within the broader Customer Engagement organization, which encompasses sales, marketing, and the call center, all working collaboratively to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

Role Description


GFiber is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Manager to join our Brand team. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of all Brand team projects by leading the full project lifecycle from intake to completion. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, adept at cross-functional coordination, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

In this role, you'll:


  • Own the full project lifecycle, from intake, requirements gathering, and prioritization to resourcing, scheduling, and seamless delivery. Manage all brand projects and drive quality and timeliness from start to finish.
  • Act as the central liaison between brand strategy, creative, PR, social, and other key teams. Facilitate meetings, build strong partnerships, and ensure clear communication to align all stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks, manage scope changes, and provide regular status updates to leadership. Implement and execute quality assurance checks to ensure all projects meet brand compliance, accuracy, and other standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for project management, contract, and accounting tools. Develop and implement new processes or frameworks to automate workflows, streamline operations, and drive the migration to new platforms.
  • Communicate project statuses, resource requirements, and priorities effectively across the organization. Present project plans and findings to various audiences in both verbal and report formats.

At a minimum we'd like you to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, consulting, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or related operations.
  • Experience with project management, coordinating multiple simultaneous activities and high volumes of work, as well as building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

It's preferred if you have:


  • Familiarity with management and ticketing tools eg Jira, ServiceNow, Monday.com etc.
  • Program Management certification or experience in program management with a technology or consumer product company.
  • Experience project managing end to end marketing initiatives or campaigns and/or managing a heavy social media calendar, or other high volume project coordination.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $104,800 - $154,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
