Solutions Engineer — Tucuvi
Tucuvi builds LOLA, a clinical conversational agent that monitors thousands of patients. The Solutions Engineer ensures the platform works reliably in real hospital environments by owning integrations, architecture, and technical credibility with clinical and IT stakeholders.
What you will do
Lead and execute complex integrations between LOLA and hospital systems (EHR/HIS/legacy systems), ensuring secure, auditable data flows and regulatory compliance. Participate in pre‑sales technical evaluation, identify risks, define realistic scopes, and translate clinical needs into platform configurations. Own end‑to‑end delivery from technical design to go‑live and coordinate cross‑functional teams as needed.
How you will work
Work at the intersection of backend engineering, integration architecture and customer interaction. Technologies include Python, FastAPI, Firestore, BigQuery, Docker on GCP, low‑latency voice processing and a hybrid AI architecture. The product is a CE‑marked Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), so decisions must prioritize traceability, change control and auditable deployments.

Selection process
