At Tucuvi, we help healthcare organizations ensure every patient receives timely high-quality care by augmenting clinical teams with AI.
Our clinical-grade AI Care Management platform automates and orchestrates high-volume workflows end to end, combining autonomous AI agents—including LOLA, our Voice Clinical Agent—with workflow logic, escalation, documentation, and seamless integration into existing health system infrastructure. Built for trust and clinical reality, Tucuvi is the first Class IIb Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)–approved AI platform for Voice AI driven patient management.
CONTEXT
We are increasingly partnering with pharmaceutical companies to deploy pharma-funded programs across hospitals and healthcare organizations, and the pace of new implementations keeps accelerating.
To ensure these programs are executed with speed, rigor, and clarity, we’re looking for a Life Sciences Project Manager to join our team. This role sits between Sales and Customer Success, owning the critical phase that turns pharma agreements into signed hospital contracts and successful go-lives.
Join us to work with leading pharma companies and healthcare systems, gain international exposure from day one, and grow your career at the intersection of Life Sciences and clinically validated AI.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your mission will be to support the implementation of pharma partnerships, ensuring hospital contracting, coordination, and pre–go-live execution run smoothly and efficiently.
You will align the objectives of pharma partners and healthcare organizations, working across clinical, IT, procurement, and legal stakeholders to unblock complexity and move programs forward.
Once programs are live, you will ensure a clean and structured handover to Customer Success, setting the foundations for long-term success.
What to expect during your first months with us
During your first month:
- You will go through a structured onboarding to understand Tucuvi’s product, Life Sciences strategy, and implementation workflows.
- You will shadow the team on ongoing pharma–hospital implementations and progressively take ownership of coordination tasks.
- You will start conversations with hospital stakeholders (procurement, IT, legal, clinical teams) under guidance.
By the end of month three:
- You will independently manage implementations end-to-end up to contract signature and go-live readiness.
- You will coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, CS) to ensure all prerequisites are met.
After 6-12 months:
- You will be handling multiple implementations in parallel with confidence and structure.
- You will actively contribute to improving internal implementation processes and playbooks.
- You will support Life Sciences leadership by freeing up senior sales capacity and de-risking program execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will play a critical role in turning pharma partnerships into successful, live programs, being responsible for:
- Supporting pharma-funded programs through implementation and setup, from agreement to go-live.
- Leading engagement with hospitals and pharmas, including procurement, legal and contracting teams, IT departments, and clinical stakeholders.
- Coordinating internal teams to ensure technical, operational, and contractual readiness.
- Owning the process up to hospital contract signature and handover to Customer Success.
- Preparing structured and complete handovers post–go-live to ensure continuity and impact.
- Managing multiple implementations efficiently while maintaining high execution quality.
WITH WHOM YOU WILL WORK
You will work closely with pharma partners and hospitals. Internally, you will collaborate with Anna (Global LFS Director) and Diego (Life Science Lead), as well as the rest of the Sales team and Customer Success to coordinate readiness before a program goes live.
REQUIREMENTS
To thrive in this role, you should have more than 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or consulting, and be comfortable working across pharma partners, hospitals, and internal teams.
- Strong interest in digital health and AI.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset, able to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Be based in Spain with native or fluent Spanish and availability to travel at least 20% of your time.
- Strong professional English, comfortable with UK-facing work.
Highly desirable:
- Background in clinical or life sciences (e.g., pharmacist, nurse, biomedical professional).
- Or experience as a junior healthcare or pharma consultant.
- Or a pharma-focused MBA or Master’s degree.
WHAT WE OFFER
Fix and variable salary and flexible benefits through Cobee (meal vouchers, transport, nursery, etc.).
Remote work in an asynchronous environment with flexible working hours.
Team building events (at least two per year).
23 days of annual leave + your birthday + 6 local and regional holidays.
Budget for training and personal development, a Mac laptop and required equipment.
Opportunity to join a team where you can create real impact on people's lives.
