Clinical Product Manager

At Tucuvi, we help healthcare organizations ensure every patient receives timely high-quality care by augmenting clinical teams with AI. Our clinical-grade AI Care Management platform automates and orchestrates high-volume workflows end to end, combining autonomous AI agents — including LOLA, our Voice Clinical Agent — with workflow logic, escalation, documentation, and integration into existing health system infrastructure.
Built for trust and clinical reality, Tucuvi is the first Class IIb Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)–approved AI platform for Voice AI-driven patient management. We support 50+ care pathways across 60+ healthcare organizations, delivering up to 80% automation of nursing workflows, >90% patient engagement, and improved clinical outcomes.

CONTEXT

As Tucuvi scales across health systems, public administrations, and clinical teams, clinical outcomes at scale become increasingly critical. Consistent, efficient performance across deployments is a major challenge: escalation logic, clinical action libraries, and protocol design often vary between clients without strong rationale. This role seeks a clinician who wants to actively build, close the gap between how care is supposed to work and how it actually works, and shape product decisions with clinical authority.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Ensure that Tucuvi's clinical AI is effective and efficient, and that the product continuously reflects how care is actually delivered. Work at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, and clinical expertise so that deployments reflect evidence-based clinical design and field observations feed directly into product development.
This role combines three dimensions:
  • Hands-on product collaboration as an embedded clinical expert
  • Market and client listening to spot clinical workflow gaps and translate them into buildable product opportunities
  • Business connection to clinical decisions

What to expect during your first months with us

During your first month:
Onboard into Tucuvi's platform, clinical model, and deployments. Work with Product and Engineering to understand clinical input flows, review escalation logic and clinical actions across customers, meet key customers and internal teams, and identify initial product gaps to tackle.
By the end of month three:
Contribute actively to the product roadmap by turning clinical observations into concrete, buildable proposals. Prototype care pathway logic and workflow changes, join client conversations and prospect calls, and begin connecting clinical product decisions to clinical, operational, and commercial outcomes. Collaborate to propose configuration standards where inconsistencies are clinically problematic.
After 6-12 months:
Become a core contributor to product evolution and the clinical voice that shapes priorities. Listen across the client journey, turn clinical workflow gaps into product opportunities, and connect clinical decisions to business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prototyping clinical workflows and care pathway logic directly, testing, validating, and iterating at speed
  • Translating care pathway knowledge into structured product logic so LOLA can execute reliably, safely, and at scale
  • Acting as the internal reference for clinical plausibility during product debates
  • Absorbing market signals and clinical workflow insights from discovery calls, demos, and deployments
  • Collecting client feedback during success phases and translating care gaps into buildable product opportunities
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to define standards for escalation logic and clinical actions across the portfolio
  • Providing clinical input during new customer onboarding and configuration reviews
  • Linking clinical product decisions to patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and economic impact to support retention, expansion, and ROI

WITH WHOM YOU WILL WORK

You’ll report directly to Marcos (CTO & Co-Founder) and work closely with Product and Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and clinical teams at partner organizations to stay grounded in care delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Licensed clinical professional (nurse, MD, or equivalent) with hands-on care experience
  • Deep familiarity with clinical follow-up in practice: chronic disease management, primary care, surgical pathways, etc.
  • 5+ years experience in digital health or product-related roles
  • Genuine product instinct with the ability to prototype, iterate, and ship
  • Tech-savvy enough to configure systems, explore data, and work directly with product and engineering teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive standardization
  • Fluency in Spanish and English

WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE

  • Experience in digital health, clinical informatics, or care innovation roles
  • Experience at the intersection of clinical work and product, operations, or quality roles
  • Active use of AI tools and projects showcasing prototyping or clinical-focused tools
  • Track record of identifying and fixing broken clinical processes

WHAT WE OFFER

Fixed and variable salary, plus flexible benefits through Cobee (meal vouchers, transport, nursery, etc.). Remote work in an async environment, flexible hours, at least two teambuildings per year, 23 days of annual leave plus birthday and 6 local/regional holidays, training and development budget, a Mac laptop and required equipment, and the opportunity to join a mission-driven team.
