Job requirements

We are looking for an outstanding, entrepreneurial mind to build out the Thryve research infrastructure product into a successful and rapidly growing business unit. You will shape the research product roadmap to deliver a leading solution for ingesting continuous, holistic health data and identify, acquire and ensure grant and research project delivery within the organisation.
This role includes building and expanding a holistic industry network across pharma, hospitals and universities, leveraging sales and grant opportunities as well as a network within the research ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
  • Shape product strategy for Thryve research infrastructure, defining, validating and approving deliverables
  • Identify, acquire and ensure delivery of grant and research projects
  • Build and expand an industry and research network across Pharma, hospitals and universities
Profile
  • Entrepreneurial mindset spanning business, software development and research/health informatics or biological statistics
  • Driven with strong internal motivation to achieve excellent product development results
  • Able to think holistically about research needs, delivery constraints and service offerings
Required experience and skills
  • Solid understanding of technology and software development; comfortable designing features in an agile process and working with APIs and large datasets
  • Ability to navigate and unify requirements of different stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the health research space and a network within that landscape
  • Track record and experience managing grant projects from inception and application to delivery and accounting
