THE HEAT
About THE HEAT
THE HEAT is the name of the VOYAGERS Climate-Tech Festival held at Harwell Science Campus in Oxfordshire. It is a vibrant, hands-on, practical, mind-expanding, friendship-building, exploratory, curiosity-led, science-based, creative, artistic, participatory, decentralized, experimental, edgy, live, risky, urgent and unpredictable festival that gathers 600+ talented people working on climate technologies.
Unlike a conference, THE HEAT focuses on meaningful interactions, experiences, and inspiration rather than dull panels. It features climate-technology showcases such as nuclear-fusion startups, future foods tastings, carbon capture demonstrations, climate-robotics exhibits, climate-film festivals, music performances, and startup pitch contests.
The event is produced by VOYAGERS, a global community of 4,000 impact-driven people supporting each other to solve big climate challenges. VOYAGERS offers lifelong peer support through weekend adventures, online and offline networking, social meetups, workshops, investment funds, co-working retreats, and more.
