Your Role with us
AsPrincipal 67 Patient Services and Solutions (f/m/d), you will take full commercial ownership of one of Temedica 67s most strategic solution areas 67 combining our Patient Companion apps with data-driven omnichannel services and solutions. In this role, you 67ll act as the central orchestrator across commercial, product, and delivery functions, ensuring that we build and grow trusted partnerships with pharmaceutical clients and deliver real impact to patients.
You are confident managing complex deals, aligning internal stakeholders, and engaging senior decision-makers across pharma 67 all while maintaining a sharp focus on measurable outcomes and scalable success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own, drive, and continuously optimize the commercial performance of the Patient Services and Solutions to ensure sustainable success and measurable impact.
- Define and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with product and company objectives.
- Serve as the primary business contact for key pharmaceutical clients, including C-level stakeholders.
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder engagements across client accounts and internal delivery teams.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure value delivery, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen client relationships across strategic accounts.
- Identify market trends, evolving customer needs, and commercial opportunities to shape go-to-market strategies and unlock new revenue and product potential.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements for product and delivery teams.
What you bring to the table
Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, with exposure to life sciences or healthcare-related projects
- Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, product lifecycle, and stakeholder landscape
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with a structured and outcome-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 67 especially in client-facing and executive settings
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Data-driven mindset and strong business judgement in commercial and healthcare-related contexts
- Full professional fluency in German and English
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales to pharma and/or commercial leadership in digital health or life sciences
- Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and close complex enterprise-level engagements
