We are looking for a part-time, contract Therapist (Independent Contract Provider) passionate about reaching individuals who need mental healthcare but lack easy access to it.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base while enjoying the flexibility and rewards of private practice without the hassle of administrative work. Talkspace handles insurance billing, marketing, and administrative costs so you can focus on providing impactful care.
Responsibilities
- Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the secure (HIPAA compliant) Talkspace platform.
- Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services.
- Respond to asynchronous client messages weekly in a timely manner.
- Complete required clinical documentation after each client session.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice independently without supervision in the state of Idaho. Accepted licenses include Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker - Independent (LSWI), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
- Individual NPI number.
- Comfortable learning new online tools and technology.

Compensation
- $70 per hour for live chat, audio, or video sessions (prorated for 45 and 30 minute sessions).
- Additional compensation for asynchronous messaging.
- New client engagement bonus, varying by plan type.
