We’re looking for a part-time, contract Therapist (Independent Contract Provider) passionate about reaching individuals who need mental healthcare but lack easy access. Work with a diverse client base with the flexibility of private practice—without administrative burdens. Let Talkspace handle insurance billing, marketing, and administrative costs, so you can focus on impactful care.
What you'll do:
- Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the secure (HIPAA compliant) Talkspace platform.
- Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services.
- Respond to asynchronous client messages each week in a timely manner.
- Complete required clinical documentation after each client session.
About you
- Current license to practice independently without supervision in the state of Georgia: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
- Individual NPI number.
- Comfortable learning new online tools and technology.

Compensation
- $70 per hour for live chat, audio, or video sessions (prorated for 45 and 30 minute sessions).
- Additional compensation for asynchronous messaging.
- New client engagement bonus varies by plan type.
Note: Different rates apply if treating clients in multiple states. Rates may change based on market and demand.
