We are looking for a part-time, contract Therapist (Independent Contract Provider) who is passionate about reaching individuals in need of mental healthcare but with limited access. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, enjoy the flexibility of private practice, and focus on providing impactful care without administrative hassles. Talkspace handles insurance billing, marketing, and administrative costs, allowing you to create your own schedule.
Responsibilities
- Treat clients remotely in New Hampshire (state of licensure) on the secure HIPAA-compliant Talkspace platform
- Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services
- Respond to asynchronous client messages each week in a timely manner
- Complete required clinical documentation after each client session
Qualifications
- Current license to practice independently without supervision in New Hampshire with one of the following licenses: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
- Individual NPI number
- Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
- Reliable internet connection and video-capable device

Compensation
- $70 per hour for live chat, audio, or video sessions (prorated for 45 and 30-minute sessions)
- Additional compensation for asynchronous messaging
- New client engagement bonus varying by plan type
