Research and develop new applications for voice AI and LLM-powered solutions.

5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML applications.

Proven experience implementing and scaling LLM-powered workflows, using tools like Langfuse, TensorZero, or similar.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI innovation.

Expertise in voice AI, including speech recognition, natural language understanding, and conversational AI.

Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries.

The base salary for this role ranges from $145,000 to $240,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
