About the Role
- Own HubSpot marketing operations including segmentation, workflows, newsletters, and campaign execution
- Partner with Sales to support pipeline growth through targeted campaigns and enablement materials
- Create, update, and QA external-facing collateral and sales assets
- Coordinate conferences and field marketing efforts, including presentations and supporting materials
- Manage freelance designers and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables
- Improve marketing processes to increase speed and scalability
About You
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing ops, or sales enablement
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to have:
- B2B SaaS or healthcare experience
- Experience supporting events
- Basic design sensibility

The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 - $115,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications.
