Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with potential partners, including channel (reseller) and EHR vendors (EHR partners like Epic, Oracle Health, AthenaHealth, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, Veradigm, etc.), during the pre-contract phase.
• Lead the pre-contract phase of the partnership lifecycle, including initial relationship development, qualification of partner potential, and early alignment on mutual goals.
• Track and manage multiple partner accounts, ensuring all pre-contract milestones are met and progress is documented.
• Drive the initial contract negotiation process, aligning expectations with internal legal and business teams to finalize agreements.
• Collaborate with SpinSci's marketing and sales teams to develop compelling value propositions tailored to potential partners' business needs.
• Lay the groundwork for a successful onboarding process by setting expectations and establishing alignment during the pre-contract phase.
• Regularly report on the progress of potential partner accounts, providing insights and recommendations for improving engagement and conversion rates.
Who You'll Work With:
• You'll collaborate with internal teams, including legal, sales, and marketing, to ensure a streamlined and effective pre-contract process.
• Externally, you will engage directly with potential channel/reseller partners (resellers) and EHR vendors such as Epic, Oracle Health, and AthenaHealth, building strong relationships during the initial phases.
• You'll work closely with SpinSci leadership to align pre-contract strategies with overall business objectives.
Who You Are:
• A proactive relationship builder with experience in managing the early phases of partner relationships, including initial negotiations and account qualification.
• Skilled in contract discussions and able to navigate pre-contract complexities with clarity and precision.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of tracking multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 2+ years of related experience working with partners both channel partners (resellers) and EHR partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage partner accounts through the pre-contract phase and drive successful contract negotiations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience working with and channel partners and/or EHR partners such as Epic, Oracle Health, AthenaHealth, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, and Veradigm.
• Proven success in building and managing reseller partner relationships.
• Experience in negotiating and finalizing contracts in a healthcare or technology context.
