Partner Account Manager (Ongoing Partner Enablement/Development)

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and strengthen ongoing relationships with established partners, including channel (reseller) and EHR vendors (e.g., Epic, Oracle Health, AthenaHealth, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, Veradigm).
• Drive ongoing partner enablement initiatives, including training, knowledge sharing, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with SpinSci's business objectives and partner goals.
• Provide continuous support and resources to partners, helping them to effectively market, sell, and implement SpinSci solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for established partners, addressing their needs and ensuring their success.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve engagement and results.
• Lead the planning and execution of joint marketing activities, such as co-branded campaigns, events, and webinars.
• Track and manage multiple partner accounts, ensuring that all ongoing enablement objectives are met.
• Facilitate regular business reviews with partners, identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration and drive growth.
• Act as an escalation point for partner-related issues, resolving challenges in a timely and effective manner.
• Organize, lead, and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners, ensuring alignment on goals, reviewing performance metrics, and driving actionable follow-up to enhance partnership success.

Who You'll Work With:
• You'll collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure ongoing alignment and support for partner initiatives.
• Externally, you will work closely with established partners, including both channel partners (resellers) and EHR vendors, to drive ongoing success.

Who You Are:
• A relationship-driven professional with experience managing and enabling partner success.
• Skilled in creating and delivering training programs, sharing knowledge, and driving collaborative go-to-market initiatives.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple partner accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
• A proactive problem solver who can identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that benefit both SpinSci and its partners.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 2+ years of related experience working with partners, including channel partners (resellers).
• Demonstrated ability to drive ongoing enablement and manage established partner relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience working with EHR partners such as Epic, Oracle Health, AthenaHealth, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, and Veradigm.
• Proven success in managing and enabling reseller partner relationships.
• Experience in planning and executing joint marketing strategies with partners.
