Partner Account Manager (Onboarding)

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the onboarding of new partners, including channel, reseller, and EHR partners (e.g., Epic, Oracle Health, AthenaHealth, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, Veradigm).
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners during the initial phases of onboarding, ensuring a smooth and successful integration process.
• Track and manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously, ensuring all onboarding milestones are met.
• Collaborate with SpinSci's marketing team to align marketing strategies and provide support for co-branded campaigns and promotional activities.
• Build a strong foundation for long-term relationships with partners by understanding their business needs and aligning them with SpinSci's solutions.
• Provide training, tools, and resources to partners to enable them to effectively promote and use SpinSci solutions.
• Document and report on onboarding progress, account statuses, and partner engagement metrics.
• Work with internal teams to resolve any technical or operational issues encountered during onboarding.

Who You'll Work With:
• You'll collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and efficient onboarding experience for new partners.
• Externally, you will engage directly with a variety of partners, including channel, reseller, and EHR partners such as Epic, Oracle Health, and AthenaHealth.
• You'll work closely with SpinSci's leadership to align partner onboarding strategies with the company's business goals.

Who You Are:
• A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience managing multiple partner accounts.
• A strong communicator who can build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify challenges and implement solutions to ensure successful onboarding.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 2+ years of related experience working with partners, including channel, reseller, and EHR partners (e.g., Epic, Oracle Health, AthenaHealth, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, Veradigm).
• Demonstrated ability to manage partner accounts and drive successful onboarding initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM software for account tracking and reporting (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
