In this position, you will be responsible for deployment of SpinSci solutions to customer, driving patient/customer engagement and satisfaction. You will be involved with all phases of solutions to address complex business problems and making sure the solution performs as designed, enabling our customers to maximize patient satisfaction in their interactions with end customer.
Key Responsibilities:
• As a part of our delivery team, you will develop expert level familiarity with our product platform, and work with customers to deploy SpinSci solution into customer environment.
• You will interface with stakeholders from customer team to participate in or conduct discovery sessions and develop technical specifications for the proposed solution.
• You will participate in end-to-end solution deployment, making sure the solution functions end-to-end and offers the desired experience to user.
• You will work with QA team to validate the solution end-to-end in customer environment and work with customer team throughout the UAT phase.
• You will work with Delivery Manager to prepare and delivery technical training to customer as needed.
• You will work with our Day 2 support team to provide Level 2 support in problem resolution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT or equivalent professional experience backed by professional certifications.
• Experience installing and configuring Microsoft windows and Linux OS platforms in on-premises and cloud environment.
• Experience installing and configuring middleware and enterprise application on major OS platforms such as Windows and Linux on premise as well as in the cloud.
• Basic familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies, operating systems and middleware, database technologies, DEVOPs technologies, cloud-based contact centers, AI and machine learning, customer interaction technologies such as web, SMS, voice, IVR, and chatbot.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health record systems (EHRs) such as Epic and Cerner and CRMs platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow and Microsoft Dynamics will be a plus.
• Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work within team environment, working with customer organizations as well as SpinSci's offshore engineering teams as needed.
Additional Qualifications:
• Experience with mirth connect, EHR, JavaScript & Java
• Hands on experience with FHIR and HL7 Protocols.
