SpinSci Technologies is an AI-powered SaaS healthcare solutions company seeking an Implementation Engineer to deploy solutions, enhance patient engagement and satisfaction, and support customers. The role requires collaboration across teams and technical expertise in system architecture and integration.

Deploy and configure solutions in customer environments for performance and business alignment.

Collaborate in discovery sessions and develop technical specifications.

Lead end-to-end solution deployment and validation for seamless user experience.

Collaborate with QA for testing and support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Deliver technical training in partnership with Delivery Managers.

Provide Level 3 support and problem resolution in coordination with support teams.

Engage cross-functional teams including offshore engineering and customer IT for smooth implementation and transitions.

User Acceptance Testing, Policy Implementation, Enterprise Architecture, System Architecture, Security Architecture, Disaster Recovery, Architectural Analysis, Design Document, Architectural Design, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Waterfall Model of Software Development, Business Architecture, Network Architecture/Engineering, Software Configuration Management, Procedure Implementation.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience with certifications.

Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux OS in both on-premises and cloud.

Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure and network systems including middleware, networking, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs.

Experience with middleware and enterprise app deployment on major OS platforms (Windows/Linux) on-premises and cloud.

Knowledge in cloud platforms, databases, DevOps, customer interaction tech (web, SMS, voice, IVR, chatbots).

Knowledge of Mirth Integration and HL7 protocols a plus.

Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic and Cerner and CRM systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics a plus.

Understanding of system security and compliance standards.
