Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager will play a critical role in managing customer projects from inception to completion. This role requires a blend of customer interaction, project management, and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Discovery Calls:
• Conduct initial and ongoing discovery calls with customers to understand their needs and project requirements.

2. Managing the Customer Delivery Project Plan:
• Develop, manage, and update project plans to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.

3. Maintaining an Action Register:
• Track and manage all project actions and tasks.
• Ensure accountability and timely completion of tasks.

4. Publishing Meeting Minutes:
• Document and distribute detailed meeting minutes after each customer interaction and internal meeting.
• Ensure all stakeholders are informed of decisions and action items.

5. Manage the Profitability per Project:
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
• Implement strategies to maintain and improve project profitability.

6. Keeping Other Company Stakeholders Accountable for Their Deliverables:
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all project deliverables are met.
• Hold stakeholders accountable for their commitments and timelines.

7. Adherence to Statement of Work:
• Ensure all project activities align with the agreed-upon statement of work (SOW).
• Manage scope changes and ensure they are properly documented and approved.

8. Ability to Discuss with Customers on Change Orders:
• Engage with customers to discuss and negotiate change orders.
• Ensure any changes are documented, approved, and integrated into the project plan.

9. Getting Customer Final Acceptance:
• Facilitate the process of obtaining final acceptance from the customer upon project completion.
• Ensure all acceptance criteria are met.

10. Talking to the Finance Team on Invoicing Milestones:
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure invoicing milestones are met.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing based on project progress.

11. Detailed Comprehension of the Products:
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and solutions.
• Be able to explain and demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.

12. Troubleshooting and Triaging Deployment Requirements:
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during deployment.
• Work with technical teams to triage and troubleshoot deployment challenges.

13. Working with Product on New Feature Ideas:
• Collaborate with the product team to gather customer feedback and suggest new feature ideas.
• Participate in the ideation and development of new product features.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the health care sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Technical proficiency and the ability to understand and troubleshoot deployment requirements.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Dallas, Texas.
