Job Description
As a Working Student in the HR Department, you will support the team in Recruiting and HR Operations and gain insights into a wide range of HR processes.
- Interview organization and coordination: prepare and schedule phone and in-person interviews independently.
- Point of contact for scheduling and travel arrangements: coordinate appointments for candidates and departments in German and English.
- Contract preparation: draft employment contracts and related documents together with HR Operations.
- Support for international new hires: assist with work permit and relocation topics.
- Event organization: help plan internal and external recruiting events.
- Special projects: contribute to initiatives such as implementing Personio as our HR system and integrating AI-driven tools in recruiting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business-related or HR-oriented degree program.
- Enjoy working with people, communicate openly and reliably, and demonstrate the sensitivity required in HR.
- Structured working style, highly organized, able to manage multiple administrative and organizational tasks.
- Proactive, hands-on, and take responsibility for your work.
- Confident communication in German and English in an intercultural environment.
- Tech-savvy with ideally first experience with HR software such as Personio or interest in applying AI in recruiting.
