Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a forward‑thinking, impact‑driven environment? Join our Customer Support team and help clinical users and hospital IT departments work seamlessly with our software solutions in the field of medical registry technology.
What you will do
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues across Support and Development to build expertise and explore solution paths
- Handle customer requests via our Service Desk and provide clear, reliable support
- Reproduce and analyze issues by setting up test scenarios in our internal environments
- Support the Customer Support team in daily operations and ongoing improvement initiatives
- Gain deep insights into hospital workflows, clinical environments, and the user experience with medical devices and supporting technologies
Qualifications
- Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills
- A structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English
