Job Description
Within Snke's finance department we are looking for a (Senior) Financial Analyst (m/f/d) – Corporate Finance.
In this role you will actively support the build-up and further development of the financial structures of the newly independent company. You will contribute to central finance processes — from liquidity matters and reporting to tax issues — and work closely with colleagues from different areas.
The responsibilities in Corporate Finance include:
- Responsibility for tax matters and tax reporting (VAT, income tax, international tax issues)
- Development of forecasts, budgets and liquidity planning
- Support in treasury management: cashflow monitoring, bank reporting, payment processes
- Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Design and further development of reporting structures and tools
- Close collaboration with management and external partners (tax advisors, auditors, banks)
- Support for strategic and operational special projects
Qualifications
- Degree in economics with a focus on finance or accounting
- Professional experience in a corporate finance environment, ideally with a taxation focus
- Knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting standards
- Analytical strength, structured work style and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Sense of humour and enjoyment in building something new together, taking responsibility, working pragmatically and engaging with previously unknown topics
