Job Description
The R&D Snke Edge team develops hardware for future Digital O.R. and Image Guided Surgery products. These advanced medical systems provide customers access to Snke OS software capabilities. The team is cross-functional, including project, mechanical, hardware, PCB, FPGA, bare metal software, Linux kernel and user space, microservices, system integration, CI, and verification experts.
The (Senior) Agile Coach role involves working hands-on with the project team to deliver medical products. Responsibilities include ensuring team understanding of Agile mindset, clearing organizational hindrances, supporting agile processes in a medical device development setting, defining and reinforcing roles, empowering teams for ownership, guiding Agile ceremonies, supporting Product Owner in backlog management, and adapting Agile principles for hybrid hardware/software development.
Qualifications
Requirements include a technical university degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience, 2+ years as Agile Coach or Scrum Master, experience with cross-functional teams in software and physical product development, coaching and mentoring skills, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, self-management and problem-solving abilities, and fluent English. Desirable experience includes medical device development and fluent German. Part-time work with minimum 25 hours over 4 days is welcomed.
