Job Description

We are currently seeking a (Junior) Sales Representative to drive and expand our business in Germany. Based at our headquarters in Heidelberg and working from your home office, you will apply creative sales approaches to achieve targets, ensure profitability, and accelerate business growth.
In this role you will manage sales activities, oversee key accounts, and continuously pursue new business opportunities. Onboarding and training take place at our Heidelberg headquarters.
This position is dynamic and diverse: you will collaborate on sales strategy one day and support customers onsite at hospitals the next, guiding them through adoption of our software solutions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging and building strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
  • Representing and communicating Mint Medical’s vision to the market
  • Expanding your network and generating new leads across your territory
  • Visiting existing customer hospitals to grow the product portfolio at those sites
  • Onboarding new customers, supporting adoption of innovations, and managing accounts long-term
  • Developing creative mid- and long-term sales strategies aligned with corporate goals
  • Collecting accurate forecasts and relevant data to support budget planning
  • Maintaining a complete and consistent customer database for your assigned region
  • Attending national and international meetings and symposia to represent Mint Medical

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with self-sufficiency, drive, and strong interpersonal skills who can truly connect with customers. Ideally, you bring:
  • A BA/BS degree and/or experience in sales or account management (preferably in software sales)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • A deep sense of commitment and initiative and a personable, engaging demeanor
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe (approx. 60%)
Applicants without extensive sales experience but with a strong sales personality and eagerness to develop are welcome.
