(Junior) Sales Representative - Germany

Mint Medical is a global MedTech company in the field of data-driven radiology and a pioneer of personalized medicine. Radiology is at the center of interdisciplinary communication and presents patient cases in multimedia reports. Our mission is to support radiologists in their reporting and communication with our AI-supported structured reporting platform mint Lesion.

Job Description

We are seeking a (Junior) Sales Representative to drive and expand our business in Germany. Working from our Heidelberg headquarters and your home office, you will apply a creative sales approach to achieve targets, ensure profitability, and accelerate business growth. Onboarding and training take place at our Heidelberg headquarters.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging and building strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
  • Representing and communicating the company vision to the market
  • Expanding your network and generating new leads across your territory
  • Visiting existing customer hospitals to grow the product portfolio at those sites
  • Onboarding new customers and supporting adoption of our innovations
  • Managing accounts long-term to drive business development
  • Developing creative mid- and long-term sales strategies aligned with corporate goals
  • Collecting accurate forecasts and relevant data to support budget planning
  • Maintaining a complete and consistent customer database for your region
  • Attending national and international meetings and symposia to represent Mint Medical

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-sufficient, driven person with strong interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates bring:
  • A BA/BS degree and/or experience in sales or account management (preferably in software sales)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • High level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • Commitment, initiative, and a personable, engaging demeanor
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe (approx. 60%)
