Job Description
In this role you ensure that our solutions operate reliably, performantly and securely at our customers in clinical environments. You are responsible for installing, commissioning and maintaining our systems and act as the central technical contact during ongoing operations.
You will work independently from a home office and will be regularly on site at our customers across the DACH region.
Main responsibilities
Configuration & System Integration: After a structured onboarding, you will take over the technical configuration of our applications. You ensure that data from SAP/i.s.h.med and other systems are integrated correctly, consistently and with high performance.
Rollout Management: You plan and manage deployments at customer sites and accompany the technical commissioning of our solutions—efficiently, reliably and with a focus on maximum system stability.
Technical Support (2nd Level): As a technical expert you analyze complex fault patterns, fix problems sustainably and minimize downtimes—both remotely and on site. You work solution-oriented with a clear quality standard.
Interface Role: You connect software development, sales and hospital IT departments. You translate technical requirements into concrete solutions and ensure tailored implementation at the customer.
Technologies & Monitoring: You actively contribute to shaping processes and tools and support the establishment of modern support structures, e.g. in ticketing, monitoring and automation.
Qualifications
- Completed degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, medical technology, IT or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in technical support, application management or IT service coordination
- Very good knowledge of clinical processes and practical experience with SAP/i.s.h.med
- Understanding of modern software architectures (mobile frontends, cloud and on‑premise systems)
- High digital affinity and interest in new technologies
- Structured, independent working style as well as team orientation and flexibility
- Confident manner and enjoyment of working with customers
- Strong analytical skills and experience in systematic troubleshooting
- Very good organizational and time management skills, even when handling parallel tasks
- Experience with interface technologies and healthcare standards (REST, FHIR, HL7, DICOM)
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- High willingness to travel (approx. 30%) and a valid driving license
For your optimal start you will receive a structured onboarding over 4–6 weeks—both at our Munich office and together with experienced colleagues directly at our customers. This allows you to learn our systems, processes and customer environments in a practical and comprehensive way.
