S4DX (Smart4Diagnostics) builds sample-tracking software that closes the data gap between sample collection and laboratory analysis. Our mission is to transform preanalytics from a trust-based process into an evidence-based system, improving patient safety, reducing preanalytical errors and shortening laboratory turnaround times.
Our solution
We provide a digital human sample fingerprint and end-to-end sample monitoring that documents collection time, transport conditions (temperature, vibration), sample identity and sample age at lab arrival. The solution integrates with existing sample containers, transport methods and laboratory IT systems without changing established workflows.
