Your Mission
As a Paid Marketing Specialist at Sleep Cycle, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across key digital channels to drive user acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth. The role focuses on performance-driven marketing across both B2C and B2B audiences, supporting growth of both app and web products.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google (Search & YouTube), and Apple Search Ads
- Act as the main point of contact for ad network account managers
- Drive user acquisition and conversion optimization across app and web environments
- Manage and optimize campaigns targeting both B2C and B2B audiences
- Continuously optimize targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and budgets
- Monitor and analyze performance using metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
- Run structured A/B tests across campaigns, landing pages, and creatives
- Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and improve efficiency
- Stay updated on platform changes and performance marketing best practices
Qualifications
- Experience with paid media / performance marketing in digital channels
- Hands-on experience managing global campaigns in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (Search & YouTube), and Apple Search Ads
- Experience with B2C and/or B2B digital acquisition
- Experience optimizing for mobile apps and web conversions
- Strong analytical skills and experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize toward business KPIs
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams
Nice to have
- Experience from an app-based business and/or subscription model
- Experience in a fast-paced growth or scale-up environment
