What the job involves
- For any hiring need, start by asking: “Who are the absolute best people in the world for this role?” Develop systems to identify, engage, and attract those individuals.
- Build automation and tools to help hiring managers manage active candidates and ensure the best experience possible.
- Enable hiring managers to build and maintain a network of mission-aligned, highly talented individuals for future hires.
- Exercise strong judgment and an intuitive understanding of excellence across technical and non-technical domains.
The Interview Process
- 1. Intro call with James - 20 mins
- 2. Interview with Emily - 30 mins
- 3. In-office interviews with a subset of Dan / Felicity / Jamie - ~2 hours
- 4. Referencing

Compensation Range: £55K - £75K • Offers Equity
