Who you are
- 5+ years’ experience organising and developing exceptional events, ideally for a premium B2B organisation
- Outstanding organisational skills with hustle and exquisite taste
- Very high emotional intelligence, creating exceptional guest experiences
- Understands the commercial reasoning and power of event marketing
- Insatiably curious about the world
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
- Experience in tech, digital health, or the broader healthcare industry
What the job involves
We believe in the impact of premium in-real-life events and are looking for someone to own and grow this area of the business. You will organise premium IRL events for customers, sales prospects, media, and industry stakeholders and amplify their impact through digital distribution and content.
- Own and grow Scarlet-hosted events from concept and guest list to delivery and post-event impact
- Organise and deliver premium IRL events for customers, prospects, media, and stakeholders
- Amplify event impact through thoughtful digital distribution (content and social media)
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to grow the brand and support deal creation and closing

Compensation Range: £75K - £85K
