Enterprise Account Executive, Skilled Nursing (SNF)

About This Role

We are hiring an experienced enterprise sales leader to scale our Skilled Nursing (SNF) vertical. In partnership with the General Manager, you will own new business development across a high-growth market and work with cross-functional teams to bring an AI-powered platform to skilled nursing operators to improve resident outcomes, workforce efficiency, and operational performance. This is a remote role based in the United States with up to 50% travel to customer sites, industry events, and Sage's New York City headquarters. Strong preference will be given to candidates based in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle for new Skilled Nursing and post-acute customers, from prospecting through executive negotiations and close
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for regional and national operators, health systems, and post-acute organizations
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders including COOs, CIOs, clinical leaders, operations, finance, and IT
  • Partner with the Skilled Nursing General Manager to execute go-to-market strategy, refine account priorities, and support expansion
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene while consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Represent Sage at customer meetings, executive briefings, and industry conferences

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, healthcare technology sales, or commercial roles serving the skilled nursing industry
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota, growing revenue, or delivering measurable commercial results
  • Deep understanding of the skilled nursing market and established relationships with SNF decision-makers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with executive buyers across skilled nursing and familiarity with SNF operations, reimbursement, staffing workflows, regulatory requirements, or clinical technology
  • Experience selling clinical operations software, EHRs, nurse call, workforce technology, AI, or other healthcare operational platforms
  • Experience or comfort working at early-stage startups

Benefits and Pay

Sage offers a collaborative culture with in-person opportunities at its New York City Union Square headquarters. The expected base salary for this role is $150,000–$175,000 USD (depending on experience), with total on-target earnings (OTE) of $250,000–$300,000 USD.
