The Role

We are seeking a Lead Clinical Support Specialist (Clinical Support Lead) to assist in leading a clinical team using the Arine platform to deliver outcomes for customers. The role partners with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist to set strategy, manage a Clinical Care Support team, engage patients, providers and pharmacists, and align with client teams and Customer Success.
The Lead Clinical Support Specialist will oversee a patient engagement program focused on achieving top results across Medicare Part C and Part D measures.

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses the Clinical Care team activities and includes:
  • Support oversight of goals, progress, and resource allocation for full-service clinical projects
  • Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication utilization and achieve quality measures
  • Manage team productivity and timelines to ensure goals are met
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met
  • Represent Arine’s Clinical Care team at customer meetings and lead internal staff meetings
  • Hire, train, schedule, and develop team members
  • Manage and conduct performance reviews for assigned team members
  • Respond to questions from patients, providers, pharmacists, and team members
  • Comply with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations

Who You Are and What You Bring

Qualifications and attributes include:
  • At least 12 months experience managing a clinical, patient, or customer support team with demonstrated leadership (required); healthcare experience preferred
  • Team management and coaching experience, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to triage clinical and operational situations and make informed decisions independently
  • Ability to organize priorities effectively and meet deadlines
  • Experience engaging patients to promote adherence with empathy and compassion
  • Strong familiarity with medication adherence workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs

Remote Work Requirements

This is a remote role based in the United States. Requirements include an established private work area that ensures information privacy and a stable high-speed internet connection. The role requires occasional on-site meetings multiple times per year (interviews, onboarding, team meetings).

Salary & Start Date

The base annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000. The posted range represents expected base salary and does not include other compensation components or benefits. Final pay will consider experience, job level, location, and other job-related criteria.
Please note the expected start date of this role is between February 9th - March 30th, 2026.

Job Requirements

Additional requirements include the ability to pass a background check and legal eligibility to live and work in the United States.
