About the Role

The Chief of Staff, Clinical will serve as strategic partner to the Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer, maximizing their effectiveness by acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner. This role streamlines leadership alignment, prioritizes focus areas, and enables the Clinical Leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Clinical Leadership team to set priorities, track project progress, and ensure alignment.
  • Act as the leadership proxy for the Chief Clinical Officer in key internal and external meetings and represent the Chief Clinical Officer as a decision maker.
  • Coordinate and manage the Clinical Department's OKRs and business reporting, including Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Prepare leadership meeting materials, define agendas, document actionable outcomes, and ensure accountability for follow-up.
  • Develop and deliver high-level reporting and insights by synthesizing clinical, financial, and operational data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, operations, consulting, service delivery, or strategy work.
  • Proven success in a Chief of Staff or strategy role supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with precision.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable, executive-ready reporting.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and facilitation.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

The executive this role supports works primarily Pacific Time hours; the person in this position must be available during Pacific Time hours.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $150,000 to $175,000 annually.
+ 20% annual performance-based bonus potential.

Physical Demands & DEIB

Work is performed 100% from home with some regular travel required (up to 25%). This role is stationary and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and communicate by phone.
