About RISA Labs

At RISA, we are building the future of mission-critical workflows by leveraging the latest in AI. Our purpose is to solve humanity’s hardest hurdles, starting with high-stakes challenges in oncology. We are delivering a resilient, autonomous infrastructure that powers foundational institutions and helps accelerate human progress.
We are building the BOSS Console, an AI operating system that unifies data ingestion, intelligence, and action to transform how enterprises operate, starting with cancer centers.
We are scaling fast and looking for people who come with little to no bias and believe what we believe.

Founders

RISA was founded by Kshitij Jaggi and Kumar Shivang, IIT Kanpur alumni with a proven track record from their previous healthcare startup, Urban Health. Their vision is to streamline oncology care through cutting-edge technology.

Funding

RISA Labs is a Series A startup backed by Optum Ventures, Cencora Ventures, Oncology Ventures, General Catalyst, Binny Bansal, z21 Ventures, John Simons and select angels.

What Were Looking For

We are hiring a Graphic Designer (Brand & Marketing) to define and execute RISAs visual language across decks, websites, demos, launches and events.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic / brand / visual design
  • Strong command of Figma (non-negotiable)
  • Good command of Webflow or Framer
  • Comfort designing decks, PDFs, web pages, and marketing assets
  • Motion skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro) are a big plus, not mandatory
  • A portfolio that showcases range of work (websites, marketing posts, documents, visual design systems), visual design fundamentals, exceptional design taste, attention to detail, and the ability to tell clear, compelling stories through design

Who You Are

This role is for someone who:
  • Has great, almost instinctive design sense and knows when something feels off
  • Moves fast and thinks clearly in ambiguity
  • Cares deeply about storytelling and can convey impactful stories with minimal design
  • Believes good design earns trust before words do
  • Is curious about AI, systems, and complex products

Your Scope of Work

You will work closely with the marketing and GTM team to define how RISA shows up across decks, websites, demos, launches, and global events.

1. RISAs Visual Language

  • Shape and evolve RISAs design system: clean, minimal, unmistakable
  • Set the bar for how RISA looks across marketing collaterals, events, and web
  • Keep things consistent without killing creativity

2. Decks & GTM Collateral That Actually Sell

  • Design high-impact collaterals for customers, partners, and investors
  • Turn complex ideas, data, and workflows into clear visuals
  • Constantly refine assets based on feedback and real use

3. Web & Interactive Experiences

  • Design and build pages using Webflow or Framer
  • Make the website and digital experiences feel credible, modern, and sharp

4. Motion (Bonus, not mandatory)

  • Add motion where it enhances clarity and emotion
  • Use After Effects / Premiere Pro for demos, explainers, webpages and social

5. Design With Context

  • Understand why something exists before designing it
  • Adapt collaterals based on audience, use case, and data
  • Design for outcomes and not just aesthetics

The Opportunity at RISA

If you do great work here, you will:
  • Be one of the core designers shaping RISA from the ground up
  • Work directly with the founding team on high-visibility initiatives
  • See your work showcased at events and platforms across the U.S.
  • Grow into a Brand Lead / Design Lead path
The ceiling is what you decide. If you want responsibility, visibility, and the chance to define how a category-defining company looks and feels, you will get it here.
