About the Company
Resmonics AG is a spin-off from ETH Zurich founded in 2020. We are a pioneer in the field of acoustic artificial intelligence for lung diseases with the mission to stop lung diseases from progressing and spreading. Our first product, ResGuard Med™, is a CE-certified medical software that enables clinical-grade respiratory symptom monitoring via a smartphone’s built-in microphone. One year after market launch, the product is being used internationally by thousands of users in Switzerland, Finland, China, and New Zealand. Our second product is the novel device “Quorum” - the world's first respiratory infection warning system for indoor spaces. We are expanding our team to bring Quorum to market.
About the Role
As a Signal Processing and Data Science Intern at Resmonics, you will be mainly responsible for developing and enhancing novel signal processing algorithms and deep learning models and tailoring them towards on-device processes. You will work closely with our Tech Team. Responsibilities include:
Solve complex technical problems with minimum supervision
Write clear documentation and maintainable and reusable code
Leverage test-driven principles to develop high-quality features and software
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and other technical issues
